General terms and conditions of the Suvarivi Ayurveda Resort

These terms and conditions apply to booking an Ayurveda cure and all services provided to the guest on the resort's premises. All claims against the resort generally become time-barred within one year from the start of the trip

Guests take part in excursions at their own risk, even if the resort has organized these excursions. This also applies to a transfer booked by the guest from the airport to the resort and back.

Booked rooms are available to the guest from 1:30 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival. On the agreed departure day, the room must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. Deviations from this can be agreed separately.

Guests who have been prescribed medications in their home countries may only discontinue or reduce them if they have received confirmation from their treating doctor. The recommendations given by our Ayurveda doctors do not exclude the personal responsibility of the guests in this regard. Should a guest have or develop a significant health problem, he must expressly inform our doctors. Under certain circumstances, this means that certain therapies cannot be carried out or certain medications may not be administered. If serious outpatient or inpatient medical treatment becomes necessary during the Ayurveda cure - also due to an accident - the guest bears the resulting costs himself. Taking out travel health and accident insurance abroad is therefore strongly recommended.

Services Prices Payment

The price for a cure includes all costs for treatments, accommodation and full Ayurvedic board. After receipt of a deposit of 50% of the spa price on the account, the booking is confirmed with binding effect.

The balance of the spa stay must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the trip.

If the spa stay has to be broken off prematurely by the guest or if the services resulting from it have to be changed, we are generally not obliged to provide any refunds.

Resignation

If the guest is unable to start the cure, the guest is obliged to notify the hotel in writing or by e-mail at dr.irene.riedel@suvarivi.com to inform about it.

In the event of cancellation of the booking (the date of the receipt stamp or the e-mail is decisive), the guest will incur the following costs:

– up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip: free of charge

– 3 to 1 week before departure: 30%

– from 1 week before the start of the trip: 50%.

The costs do not apply if a substitute participant takes the place of the guest.

Disclaimer

The resort is liable for its obligations under the contract. Claims by the guest for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the resort. Should disruptions or defects occur in the services of the resort, the resort will endeavor to remedy the situation if it becomes aware of it or if the guest complains immediately. The guest is obliged to do what is reasonable for him to remedy the disruption and to keep possible damage to a minimum.

The resort is liable to the guest for items brought in for a maximum of €1,000 and, deviating from this, for money, for a maximum of €500. The resort recommends using the safe in the manager's office.

Privacy

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of this data takes place on an expressly voluntary basis. The use of the contact data published in the imprint or comparable information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses by third parties to send information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails in the event of violations of this prohibition.

Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer of liability is to be regarded as part of the website from which reference was made to this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
