General terms and conditions of the Suvarivi Ayurveda Resort
These terms and conditions apply to booking an Ayurveda treatment and all services provided to the guest on the resort's premises. A one-year statute of limitations applies in every case against the resort beginning from the start of the trip.
Guests participate in excursions at their own risk, even if the resort has organized these excursions. This also applies to a transfer booked by the guest from the airport to the resort and back.
Booked rooms are available to the guest from 1:30 p.m. on the agreed date of arrival. On the agreed departure day, the room must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. Other arrangement may be made individually.
Guests with prescribed medications in their home countries may only discontinue or reduce them if they have received confirmation from their treating doctor. The recommendations given by our Ayurveda doctors do not exclude the personal responsibility of the guests in this regard. Should a guest have or develop a significant health problem, our doctors are to be immediately informed. Under certain circumstances, this means that certain therapies may not be continued or certain medications may no longer be given. If serious medical treatment becomes necessary during the Ayurveda treatment - even in case of an accident - the guest shall bear the resulting costs. Additional travel, health and accident insurance for abroad is therefore highly recommended.

Services Prices Payment
The price for a treatment includes all costs for therapies, accommodation and full Ayurvedic board. After receipt of a deposit of 30% of the spa price on the account, the booking is confirmed with binding effect.
The balance of the spa stay is to be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the trip.
If the spa stay is prematurely discontinued by the guest or if the services resulting from it have to be changed, we are not obliged to provide any refunds.

Cancelation
If the guest is unable to begin the treatment, the guest is obliged to notify the hotel in writing or by e-mail at dr.irene.riedel@suvarivi.com.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, (the date of the receipt stamp or the e-mail is decisive), the guest will incur the following costs:
– up to 4 weeks before the begin of the trip: free of charge
– 3 to 1 week before departure: 30%
– from 1 week before the begin of the trip: 50%.
The costs do not apply if a substitute participant takes the place of the guest.

Disclaimer
The resort is liable for its obligations under the contract. Claims by the guest for damages are excluded. Excluded are damages due to intentional or gross negligent breach of duty by the resort. Should disruptions or defects occur in the services of the resort, the resort shall endeavor to remedy the situation as soon as it becomes aware of it. The guest is obliged to undertake what is reasonable to remedy the disruption and to retain the damage to a minimum.
The resort is liable for items brought in by the guests up to a maximum amount of € 1,000 and, deviating from this, for cash, for a maximum amount of € 500. The resort recommends using the safe in the manager's office.

Privacy

The input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, and addresses) is given on an expressly voluntary basis. The use of the contact data published in the imprint or comparable information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses by third parties to send information that has not been explicitly requested is only allowed upon special permission. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails.
